We could mention the awards and honors, or the festivals and television shows we were in. None of that matters as much as this: We take good ingredients and we make good cider.
Our ingredient list is pretty short, which is why we like to talk about our process.

We're not really making the cider, mother nature is.
We start with the very best apples. In our opinion, it’s Honeycrisp.
The apples are pressed and mashed into little bits until they become cider. The cider gets fermented with Champagne yeast. It’s filtered, mixed with fresh Honeycrisp juice and canned. Voilà,

Can it be this easy?
