Sazerac with Loon Juice™ Hard Cider

Sazerac with Loon Juice™ Hard Cider



4fl oz Loon Juice Hard Cider

2sugar cubes

6dashes bitters

3fl oz rye whiskey

1tbsp absinthe

Lemon peel (optional)


  1. In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cubes and bitters. Add ice and rye. Stir.
  2. In two serving glasses, add absinthe and swirl it around, coating the glass. Fill the serving glasses with ice.
  3. Strain the mix evenly into both serving glasses.
  4. Top off each glass with Loon Juice Hard Cider.
  5. Add lemon peel to garnish.
