Loon Juice™ Hard Cider Vinaigrette

Quick and easy to prepare without sacrificing any flavor. This vinaigrette dressing has a complex, slightly sweet, flavor profile lightly balanced with tartness. A delightful addition to summer salads.



½can Loon Juice™ Hard Cider (6 oz)

¼cup cider vinegar

2tbsp. maple syrup

2tbsp. dijon mustard

1tbsp. roasted garlic

¾cup olive oil

salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine Loon Juice Hard Cider with cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and roasted garlic
  2. Slowly add the olive oil using a hand blender until incorporated
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste


Pairs well with many salads. Try topping this vinaigrette over mixed greens with thinly sliced Honeycrisp apples. Try sautéing the completed vinaigrette to mingle the flavors and warm up your salad.
