We start with the very best apples. In our opinion, it’s Honeycrisp. The apples are pressed and mashed into little bits until they become cider. The cider gets fermented with Champagne yeast. It’s filtered, mixed with fresh Honeycrisp juice and canned. Voilà. Loon Juice.
